If you are new here... Welcome!
Hey, friend! I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Lauren — a Southern, sweet-tea-loving mama raising two wildly spirited little boys with my Aussie husband, Clint. Life in our house is loud, loving, chaotic, and full of heart. And Hey & G’day is where I share all of it.
This space was created for the moms in the thick of motherhood. The ones wiping counters and tears. The ones trying to make memories without losing their minds. The ones who love their people deeply…and still dream of a quiet cup of coffee.
If that’s you — pull up a chair.
What you'll find here

This isn’t a perfect-life blog.
It’s a real-life one.
About Me
I was raised in central Arkansas and ended up in Branson, Missouri, where I met my husband, Clint. We have two little boys, Sawyer and Beckett, and a fluffy companion named Gatsby.
I’m learning as I go — how to soften my expectations, breathe through the chaos, and find joy in the middle of the mess… which does not come naturally to me.
Hey & G’day is the place where I document that journey.
